Noticing breath.
Sensation. Tension. Ease.
Movement. Stillness.
The places we feel connected to ourselves and the places that feel harder to reach.
For Shannon, body-based work became one of the first doorways back into relationship with herself. What began through CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release gradually expanded into a broader exploration of nervous-system awareness, energy, crystalline practices and the subtle ways we experience ourselves and our surroundings.
The Healing Chapter grew from that exploration. Rather than approaching the body as something that needs to be forced into a particular state, this Chapter creates space for curiosity.
What do you notice when there is time to listen?
What changes when you don't immediately have to fix what you find?
What does groundedness feel like in your body?
The work may draw from CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, energetic awareness and crystalline practices depending on the session and Shannon's scope of practice.
The experience is not about Shannon defining what another person's body is experiencing. It is an invitation to become curious about your own experience.
Because connection with the body isn't necessarily something we either have or don't have. It is a relationship. And relationships can deepen.
