Shipping, Returns & Workmanship
Terms for One-of-One and Custom Chapter Talismans. Online ordering isn’t open yet; these terms will apply once it is.
Shipping
Aligned Waters currently ships within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and available shipping method.
Orders include tracking and are insured for the value of the piece.
Ready-made pieces are prepared for shipment after order processing.
Custom Chapter Talismans generally require 2–4 weeks for creation, with shipping time occurring after the piece has been completed.
Tracking information will be provided when your talisman ships.
Returns
One-of-One Talismans
Ready-made One-of-One Talismans may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned pieces must be:
- unworn
- undamaged
- in their original condition
- returned with their original packaging
Please contact Aligned Waters before returning your talisman.
Return shipments must use a tracked shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
After the piece is received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom Talismans
Custom Chapter Talismans are final sale because they are created specifically for an individual commission.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before creation begins.
The remaining balance is due when the piece is complete and before shipping or delivery.
The final-sale policy does not affect the workmanship guarantee.
Workmanship & Repairs
Every Aligned Waters talisman includes a 3-month workmanship guarantee.
If your talisman develops an issue related to its original workmanship within three months of receiving it, eligible workmanship repairs will be completed at no charge.
The workmanship guarantee does not cover:
- accidental damage
- improper care
- lost pieces
- normal wear
- chipped or broken stones caused by impact
- natural stone variations
- natural oxidation or patina of copper
After the three-month workmanship period, repairs and adjustments may still be available on a case-by-case basis for a reasonable fee.
Because every piece is individually made, some repairs may require a slightly different solution from the original construction.
Natural changes in copper coloration are not considered manufacturing defects.
